Ordering and payment

All orders and payments are processed through paypal's website. You do not need  a PayPal account; you can use your credit card or bank account (where available). Paypal is used worldwide and your personal information is safe. Florida residents pay 7% sales tax.  Please make sure that your address information in Paypal is current and up to date. We are not responsible for packages delivered to wrong addresses.

We ship USPS Priority Mail  with delivery confirmation in the USA.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged product that might occur during shipping. If you would like to purchase insurance on any order please email us with your order and we will invoice you.

International orders

Mark Noll Designs. is pleased to ship to hundreds of countries worldwide. If UPS or the US Post Office delivers to your country, we will usually ship to it. International orders cannot be processed online but can be custom quoted by contacting us at sales@marknolldesigns.com. All international orders must pay for insurance. We will invoice you for the item total, actual shipping charges, insurance plus a $3.00 handling free.  The invoice will be sent via email with a link to pay through Paypal.Additional taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. All packages are marked as merchandise. International orders are shipped once per week and we will inform you of when they are shipped out.

Return Instructions

If for any reason you are not happy with your item, Please email us within 5 days of receiving your package. Before returning an item, please e-mail us at sales@marknolldesigns.com.  We will issue you a return authorization.  Without a return authorization all packages will be refused.  Write the reason for your return on the packing slip you received with the item. Enclose the packing slip with explanation with the item and ship, prepaid and insured via UPS to:

Any improperly packaged items will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
All sales become final after 5 days.

Any information we collect about you as a result of an order or information request is used for the processing of your order or for our own internal purposes. It is not shared with other parties.

How long does it take before my order ships out?

Most items ship out the  next business day.  If you order something on a Friday it will not ship out until the following Monday.  We ship on Monday through Friday, nothing will ship out on Saturday or Sundays.

How do I know if the item is in stock? 

We update our website daily.  If an item is not available we will notify you immediately.  Please check the item description for further information.
